These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Insta’s Website, located at https://insta.lk.

1.  Insta.lk currently serves customers within Sri Lanka only. But if you reside outside Sri Lanka and wish to place an order to a location within Sri Lanka, it’s possible.
2. We do not store customer’s card details on our website. The payments are processed on the bank’s network and hence we don’t see customer’s card information.
3. All orders placed on our website are processed on the same day and handed over to the courier, next day.
4. For orders, where a customer has made a Bank Transfer, we will automatically process the order once the payment is confirmed. The customer is not required to confirm us. However, if there is an issue in payment processing, our team will contact the customer directly to sort out the matter.
